TERMS OF SERVICE

by commissioning me, you agree to the following:

･ You must be 18 years old or older to commission work from me.･ I'm a digital illustrator and my work is digital only,
meaning there won't be any shipping of physical goods.･ My work is for personal or private use only, meaning that my art isn't allowed to be used for unauthorized commercial purposes
or profit unless commercial usage is specifically accorded at the time the order is made.･ As the artist, I still retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork; this includes publishing the work online, adding it as a part of my portfolio, including the work in artbooks and editorial projects, selling prints of my artworks (previously commissioned or not), unless otherwise accorded with the client.･ In some cases, the commercial rights to the commissioned artwork may be purchased.･ Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.
You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.･ No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token); my art, whether commissioned, pre-existing, or future, cannot be minted into an NFT by the commissioner or anyone else.

PAYMENT

･ I have the right to reject any order for any reason.･ Prices may change based on the complexity of the artwork.･ Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after the sample of the finished work.･ The Currency accepted for payment is USD and can be paid via Paypal invoice only.･ I do not allow refunds or cancellations after the sketching phase. If canceled before the sketching phase, you will only receive 50% of the Total Paid so far.･ An total amount refund will only occur if I'm personally unable to finish your order.

COMMERCIAL USE

･ Commercial use of my artwork must be agreed upon beforehand by the commissioner.･ It will be charged a one-time fee of +100% of the total price for any usage, including but not limited to:
streaming assets, album or book covers, promotional artwork, and game illustrations.

PRICING

The base price for illustrations is determined by the type of commission the client want to order:･Portrait Commission: $40 USD
･Halfbody Commission: $70 USD
･Full Piece Commission: $90 USD･The prices above are for one (1) illustration featuring 1 (one) character on the specified type.･ Prices may vary depending on the details and complexity of your order.･ Each Illustration comes with a flat color or gradient background.･ Please note that these prices do not include character design and require clear visual character references: if you'd like me to take care of that for you, please inquire about it!

ADDONS

･ Another Character +$20 USD each
･ Simple Background +$30 USD

PROCESS AND TIMING

･ After we made contact and you send your commission request, I'll email you the price and estimated turnaround time and reserve you a slot.･ With the slot reserved and the payment done, I'll let you know via email when it's your turn.･ Any edits can be made during the sketching phase; once the sketch is done, I'll send it to you so we can discuss all the corrections that you may want and approve it. After that I’ll send you updates during the process, so you can make small corrections if necessary until it's approved.･ With it approved I'll start working to completion. All edits made after completion will be subject to additional fees.･ The turnaround time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 to 2 weeks or 1 month, depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the piece, other works, and con seasons.･ During the completion process, you can ask about your commission status or for WIPs anytime you desire. Please let me know beforehand.･ The final image is a High Quality 300dpi .JPG image.
